If you have already purchased Home, Advanced, or Professional edition, you can easily upgrade to a higher edition.
Follow these steps to upgrade:
1. Please buy the edition that you want to upgrade to as if it’s a new purchase. Buy TurboMosaic here.
2. Please email us your earlier order number and the new order number. If your new order is within 10 days of the earlier order, we will issue a full refund on the earlier order. Otherwise, we will provide you with a pro-rated refund on your earlier order. Please don’t forget to email us at turbomosaic@silkenmermaid.com.
Example 1: John purchased Home edition annual subscription for $15 and decided to upgrade to Advanced edition. He bought the Advanced edition after 7 days of buying the Home edition and emailed us his earlier and new order numbers. We issued a full refund on his Home edition order.
Example 2: Crystal purchased Home edition annual subscription for $15 and decided to upgrade to Advanced edition after four months of using the Home edition. She bought the Advanced edition and emailed us her earlier and new order numbers. We refunded Crystal 66.66% for her earlier order because there were still 8 months to complete her annual subscription period for the earlier order.
If you’re buying for the first time, you cannot buy an upgrade. Please purchase a new subscription.
TurboMosaic v2.x and earlier were sold using a perpetual licensing scheme where you paid for the original license and major updates.
TurboMosaic v3.x is sold using an annual subscription model where you pay us a yearly fee; you don’t have to pay us for updates.
If you’d purchased v2.x or earlier from our website after 1st July 2018, and you’re looking to upgrade to v3.x, we’re providing you the first year for free!
